Workshop Service Administrator – Turner Commercials
Huntingdon | Full-Time | £25k - £32k PA
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Workshop Service Administrator to join our busy HGV repair business. You’ll be the link between our customers, workshop team, and suppliers – making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Book in HGV repairs & servicing jobs
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Use R2C to manage jobs & compliance paperwork
- Raise purchase orders & invoice customers
- Support & coordinate workshop staff
- Manage parts stock and reorder when needed
What You’ll Need:
- Organisational skills & attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- IT confidence (R2C experience is a bonus)
- Previous workshop/admin experience (preferred)
