Job Summary
DAForgie are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in the Workshop and Aftersales. This person will be responsible for helping with warranty claims, opening job cards, and also help manage the whole good stock with ordering and receiving goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills. Full training will be given.
Duties
- Taking customer calls and inputting the information onto our computer system
- Liaise with the manufacturers and customers for warranty work
- Organising the Mobile Service Engineers
- Controlling warranty parts and returns to a high standard
- Ordering whole goods
- Receiving whole goods
- Stock taking of whole goods
Requirements
- Previously worked in an office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with warranty claims is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary will be competitive and dependent upon experience
