Role and Responsibilities:
- To input Warranty and extended warranty claims.
- Monitor debts, work in progress and parts returns.
- monitor and action service notifications.
- ensure all manufacturer expectations and requirements are met throughout.
- To deliver exceptional professionalism, ensuring claims are compliant with Manufacturers terms and conditions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have fantastic attention to detail.
- Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
- Have good telephone and communication skills.
- Kerridge experience and useful knowledge of Microsoft Office.
