MQL Miriad Quest Leisure Ltd are a forward thinking, fast growing company currently operating in the B2B market place. We are looking for an extremely organised individual with attention to detail to support our continuation of growth. This person should be experienced in computer programmes including excel and also have good grammar writing/ keyboard skills.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a reliable service to our customers, through efficient and accurate delivery of day-to-day tasks in line with the KPIs, whilst maintaining maximum customer satisfaction by quick resolution of queries and timely reporting.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work full time hours (Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00).
Key Responsibilities
· Process claims and issues on SAP
· Handle customer emails and telephone calls
· Submitting warranty claims to the manufacturers in requested timeline
· Liaise with couriers for tracking and collection requirements and logging carrier claims
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
· Keeping the customer informed of the outcome and issuing replacements or credits where required.
· Build relationships with suppliers.
· Liaise with supplier to understand returns requirements.
· Taking ownership of workload and working to agreed service levels
· Reporting issues to the relevant departments for continuous improvements
