Warehouse Supervisor

• Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely stock movements.
• Support production by ensuring stock is supplied and returned correctly.
• Maintain high standards of GMP and health & safety across the warehouse.
• Monitor forklift truck condition and ensure operational readiness.
• Manage warehouse staff performance and development.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and system transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

• Substantial experience in FMCG warehouse operations.
• Valid FLT license (Counterbalance & Reach).
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse principles and KPIs.
• IT literate with solid Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent administration and communication skills.
• Awareness of health & safety standards (SEMA racking inspection knowledge is a plus)
