Warehouse Operative, Monday to Friday, 4:00am - 8:30am

We are aiming to provide our services to 80% of high-rise construction projects in London, while also servicing sites across most of England. Exceptional customer service is critical to our success, and we pride ourselves on delivering and collecting on time, at least 98% of the time.

You will be responsible for:
- Re-stocking our hire equipment in our warehouse and yard
- Picking our hire equipment ready for loading
- Loading and unloading our hire equipment
- In-fleeting” of new equipment – adding THX branding and fleet numbers, correct recording and set up of items in the system including Pat Testing – in-house calibration
- Ensuring we maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment
- Cleaning hire equipment, including pressure washing
- Rebranding new equipment with THX stickers
- Using a computer-based system for administration
- Providing support to our warehouse, workshop and driving teams as required.
You will be an experienced Warehouse Operative with the following skills:
- Experience cleaning, organising, and tidying a busy warehouse
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to load, unload and move cargo
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to help out
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:
- Experience cleaning, organising, and tidying a busy warehouse
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to load, unload and move cargo
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to help out
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks.
