Walfinch in Norwich is looking for high-quality Waking Night Care Assistant to join our growing, award-winning national team. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our clients across Norwich and Surrounding Area.

Your Role as a Waking Night Care Assistant:

As a Waking Night Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice, support, and assisting with personal care.
  • Helping with meal preparation, cooking, and serving meals.
  • Assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Administering medication according to Care Plans and MAR charts.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, respect, privacy, and dignity for all Service Users.
  • Providing overnight care to individuals in need, including end of life needs.

What We Need From You:

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Experience in the Health Care sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • The right to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Zero Hour Contracts
Pay: Starting from £27,840 based on a 40 hour working week
