1-2-let, one of Glasgow's largest letting agencies, is seeking a Viewing Agent to assist with holiday cover during the busy summer period. This role is ideal for a well-presented student who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine interest in the property industry. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings in and around the Glasgow area.
- Providing feedback on property condition and viewings from both tenant and personal perspectives.
- Taking photos as required.
Requirements:
- A valid driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good knowledge of Glasgow areas is an added advantage.
