Role Purpose:
Vertical Porter- Sky Garden

We're looking for BOH porters to help the smooth running of Sky Gardens busy hospitality operation, you'll be making things tick behind the scenes.
Main Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to departments; both internal and external- To Maintain, monitor and control stock as directed/advised by BOH manager & Heads of Department
- Ensure the efficient and effective use of Sky Garden and Larch Restaurant BOH areas
- To ensure the accuracy of all goods received
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of BOH department and its efficient and effective activities
