An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Parts Dismantler to work in our busy workshop alongside our existing team, at one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxon.
The role involves working in our modern, state of the art dismantling workshop, based on a ramp, consisting of 2 main functions:
1. Removing all types of car parts from all makes of vehicles for re-sale to the trade and public.
2. Checking and quality controlling the parts removed for sale.
On going training provided to keep up to date with changing vehicle technologies.
Key skills:
· Previous motor mechanics/bodyshop experience is ESSENTIAL as is the possession of your own full set of tools.
· Forklift driving experience would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided.

The successful applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic, and conscientious and be comfortable working in a very busy, fast-moving environment, forklift experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
The starting salary is £27,500 depending on experience, to be increased after the successful completion of 3-month probationary period. + Monthly bonus & company benefits including petrol allowance.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 4.45pm (2 x 30-minute breaks).
