The Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor will be responsible for managing and facilitating export sales transactions for our company.
This role involves completing tenders by coordinating with various internal departments, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
Responsibilities:
- Using Tender document to source the parts required and obtain pricing information from the supplier.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers as needed.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Strong communication
- Good computer skills (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing your own workload.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- CV vehicle knowledge advantageous but training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
