What You’ll Own:
- Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment campaigns
- Write and post engaging job adverts that attract the right talent
- Source candidates directly via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal networks
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage feedback loops
- Make verbal offers and support onboarding
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and UK legislation
- Champion a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish
What You’ll Bring
- Recruitment experience (in-house or RPO preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles with pace and precision
