Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the trampoline coaching programme to nationally recognised standards
• Ensure all aspects of the programme comply with current health and safety regulations
• Set up and pack away trampoline equipment before and after sessions
• Undertake any other comparable duties as required (commensurate with the grading of this post)
• Maintain Skillgate compliancy by completing and keeping all training up to date

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Nationally recognised Level 2 Trampoline Qualification (required)
• Proven experience in delivering a trampoline coaching programme
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to trampoline coaching
• Excellent customer care skills with the ability to deliver and maintain exceptional service
• Calm and confident response in emergency situations
