We are currently seeking a dedicated Induction & Training Coordinator to support the onboarding and development of our new care staff.
Your Role Will Include:
- Coordinating and delivering engaging induction programmes for new recruits
- Supporting staff competency assessments and continuous development
- Maintaining accurate and compliant staff files and training records
- Ensuring we meet all CQC and regulatory training standards
- Being the friendly go-to for new team members
- Working closely with our leadership and care teams to foster a strong, well-trained workforce
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in care – you understand what person-centred care really means
- Experience in staff training, HR, or induction processes
- Knowledge of PCS (Person Centred Software) and CoolCare is desirable
- Organised, approachable, and confident communicating with teams at all levels
- Someone who can work flexibly across 2 days per week
