We are currently looking to add a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer/ Trainee Tenant Liaison Officer to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys!
This role is based within the Greater Manchester areas.
As long as you have a background in customer service/ face to face customer service/ admin work/ care related roles, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, patience, and attention to detail are valued.

What you will be responsible for…
- Working alongside a Resident Liaison Officer to learn ‘on the job’
- Liaising with residents about the works being undertaken on their property
- Admin work such as filing, computer work and sending letters
- Handling complaints and resolving any issues that arise
- Promoting a positive image of the company and it’s work in the local community
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a social housing or customer service environment with residents and/or leaseholders whose homes are undergoing works
What we’d like from you…
- Must be an excellent communicator and a natural problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be confident polite and courteous when communicating and building relationships with residents, clients, and site operatives
- Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic
- Good IT skills with competency at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
