Job Title: Trainee Post Completions Assistant
Reporting: Reports to the Team Leader
Office Location: Stoke, 33‑43 Price Street, Burslem
Overall purpose: To be trained on managing Client matters within the residential conveyancing department.
Key accountabilities:
- To be able to manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from completion to registration including, leasehold, shared ownership, newbuild, right to buys after training
- Learn how to maintain a well-organised file management system including adherence to timescales and compliance
- Learn how to prepare and submit AP1 Forms to HM Land Registry
- To maintain good relationships with clients, agents and referrers
- To deliver high quality customer service to clients
- Understand how to deal with requisitions from the Land Registry
- Update lender and government panels
- Dealing with ledgers
- File closing
Person Specification:
- No specific qualifications are required.
- You should be able to demonstrate a good level of written English.
- Experience in a public or customer-facing role would be beneficial.
- You should be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a close-knit team.
