We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our expanding commercial finance team as a Trainee Finance Broker. Based in our Chichester office, this entry-level opportunity offers a fast-paced introduction into a high-growth sector, with clear steps to becoming a Business Development Manager.
You’ll receive full training and support to help UK SMEs access the finance they need, while developing high-earning sales skills in a professional setting.
What You’ll Do
- Outbound calls to SME businesses across the UK
- Prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Build and manage a pipeline of interested business owners
- Track activity and progress using CRM tools
- Learn to qualify leads and assist in building financial proposals
- Shadow experienced brokers to learn industry sales techniques
What You’ll Get
- Base salary: £25,000.00
- Uncapped monthly commission from day 1
- Quarterly performance-based bonuses
- On target earnings: Year 1 - £40,000.00 Year 2 - £50,000.00

Hours & Benefits
- Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday early finish
- 20 days’ annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Office closed over Christmas holidays without using annual leave
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator, confident and resilient
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Based near or able to commute to Chichester full-time
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written English
