We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Claims Handler. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in the insurance industry—whether that’s in broking, underwriting, customer service, or admin—who’s ready to take the next step.
You’ll be supported by experienced professionals, given structured training, and exposed to real-world claims handling from day one. And while this is a trainee role, we also welcome applications from experienced claims handlers who are looking for a fresh environment, new challenges, or a clear path for progression.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and supporting the claims process from notification to resolution
- Communicating with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Reviewing policy details and documentation to assess coverage
- Learning to handle claims across various lines of business
- Developing your technical knowledge and customer service skills
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in the insurance industry (not necessarily in claims)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A desire to learn and grow within a supportive team
- Confidence working with clients and building relationships
