Salary: £33,000 per annum

Your Role:
- Lead & Inspire: Support your team, implement health and safety systems, and foster a positive learning environment.

What You Need:
- Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in childcare.
- Experience: Strong knowledge of child development, EYFS curriculum, and a commitment to safeguarding and health & safety.
- Skills: Ability to create engaging experiences and inspire those around you.
