We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Office Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy and supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting our Resource Planner in arranging and scheduling appointments
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
  • General office administration duties
  • Assisting with diary management and meeting coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring office systems are up to date
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar admin or office support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability to start
