We are a leading supplier to the temporary events, sporting, music, live events, construction & renewables industries. Our product range includes lighting, audio, rigging, EV Chargers & portable power distribution products under the brand Titan Power which we have also recently launched in the UAE.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. The Order Processor will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely order fulfilment and excellent administrative support.
Duties
- Process customer orders accurately using our order management system.
- Verify product availability and delivery timelines.
- Enter data into our order processing system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised records of all orders, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
- Help prepare reports on sales order metric, trends & potential issues.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm order details and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments including production, dispatch, technical & procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify & address order discrepancies & customer complaints.
- Chase parcels with UPS.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales order processing or administration.
- Proficiency in IT. especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent phone and communication skills. .
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in events industry or with our product range
- Knowledge of international logistics
