myenergi Ltd is a progressive and innovative company with its HQ born and based right here in Stallingborough, subsidiaries based in Germany, Benelux, Northern Ireland, Australia and ambitions to open facilities right across the world. We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
We are recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant. Initial contract duration is 3 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. Full and part time applicants accepted.
The role will include holiday cover for Ledger responsibilities involving practical duties of business bookkeeping. Processing purchase/sales invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations and assist with cash management
Support data migration from local system in Benelux to Group ERP system.
Processing all Purchase invoices – Overheads, Stock (GRNs), and Installers.
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
- Dealing with Supplier/Customer Queries.
- Processing Credit Card/Expenses claims.
- Processing weekly payment runs, including the payroll.
- Raising Sales invoices/credit notes.
- Credit control – managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Posting and allocation of Customer Receipts.
- Bank Reconciliations across multiple subsidiaries/currencies.
- Month end Procedures.
- Data inputs into Interprise in supporting Benelux data migration.
- Ad Hoc Requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experienced accounts clerk - previous accounts payable/receivable transactional experience essential.
Sound working knowledge of basic financial accounting.
Practical knowledge of VAT and different VAT charges.
Strong excel and data input skills.
