Telesales Team Member

Job description

4 Days a Week, Monday to Thursday.

Main Purpose of Role: Order capture and customer services. You will give our customers an excellent end to end ordering experience. Answering the telephone and dealing with customers, including but not limited to taking and processing of orders. Proactive calling of customers to prompt orders. Dealing with customer queries to satisfactory resolution.

Key Tasks:

• To deliver a high standard of customers service & product knowledge.
• To develop, review and maximise customer relationship.
• To identify, qualify and circulate new business prospects both incoming and outgoing on behalf of the regional account manager.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Essential requirements for the role:

· Prepared to work extra hours as & when the business demands

· Confident and outgoing personality is essential

· Driven, logical thinker with good communication

· Confident in making outgoing calls to customers

· Basic technical/computing skills

Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or relevant experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 27 per week
