We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Appointment Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring effective communication with clients, and supporting the sales process. Proficiency in software applications, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage appointments for clients, ensuring optimal scheduling to meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Utilise techniques to engage potential clients and promote services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in the designated software system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Continuously update knowledge of company services to provide informed responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telephone sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to listen and be empathetic.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
