Job Description – Technology Delivery Coordinator
Location: Remote (UK) or Leeds-based
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year
Overview:
We are hiring a Technology Delivery Coordinator to support the CTO in turning vision into reality. This person will help coordinate across support, implementation, and development teams ensuring work is planned, aligned by priority and dependency, and completed on time. You'll be the engine that keeps delivery moving and will be trusted to handle blockers, follow-ups, and team coordination especially when things get tough.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Coordination
- Work with the CTO and team leads to turn the roadmap into deliverable workstreams.
- Maintain delivery boards and timelines for dev, support, and implementation projects.
- Ensure task ownership, deadlines, and dependencies are clearly defined.
Team Accountability
- Follow up with individual team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Address misalignment, delays, and excuses with calm firmness.
- Keep momentum across streams even when personalities are difficult or plans shift.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular updates to the CTO on progress, risks, and blockers.
- Document delivery plans and create visibility for leadership.
Problem Solving
- Spot delivery issues early and suggest realistic workarounds or escalations.
- Collaborate with the CTO and leads to re-plan when things go off-track.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years experience in a coordination, delivery, project support, or admin role (preferably in a SaaS, tech, or operations environment).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicator especially when holding others accountable.
- Comfortable dealing with people of all personalities and seniority levels.
- Able to work independently and follow up without micromanagement.
- Familiar with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Linear, or Notion.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a software, implementation, or support team setting.
- Exposure to Agile workflows or technical project environments.
