We are currently seeking a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take ownership of technical service delivery at a dynamic site, ensuring excellence in maintenance operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical services on site.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, driving self-performance and service excellence.
- Oversee planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure high standards of work.
- Champion continuous improvement and maintenance excellence.
- Support budget management and provide quotations for small project works.
- Identify opportunities for expanding scope and services.
- Provide hands-on support during emergencies or staff absences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong engineering background with practical maintenance experience.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with EHS requirements and maintenance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead by example.
- Competency in estimating labour, materials, and resources for technical tasks.
- Comfortable with computer systems and work order management tools.
