Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Director to lead our sales design team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Storage Industry and have experience designing and costing Storage applications consisting of Mezzanine Floors, Racking/Shelving, Conveyors and Office fit outs.
Experience in SEMA design guidelines and Building control regulations is essential.
The susccesful candidate will have experince overseeing Website updates and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop the existing Sales design engineer Department.
- Manage the sales design engineer Department, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in succesfully designing and selling projects in the Storage Industry.
- Experience in CAD and 3D design/presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in software for managing sales processes.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond proactively to challenges.
