Sales Director – Construction Recruitment

Salary: Up to £120,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join a leading construction recruitment business based in London. This is a high-level opportunity offering strong earning potential and a clear path to leadership.
You will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and securing new framework agreements. You’ll also have access to a large portfolio of existing client accounts with the opportunity to increase spend and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business across the construction recruitment sector
- Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets
- Renew and win framework agreements
- Manage and grow key accounts and client relationships
- Lead by example and contribute to overall company performance
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in recruitment sales, ideally within the construction sector
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Results-driven with a passion for business growth
