As a Performance Coach you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of up 10-15 Customer Services Advisors
- Responsible for mentoring and developing individuals and teams. You will be the first point of call for any work related or personal issues.
- In addition to people management, you will be a key stakeholder and driver in understanding and improving client performance.
