  • Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week (other, more flexible hours would be considered)
  • Location: Eastleigh or Totton (travel is an essential part of the job)
  • Deadline: Friday 20th June 2025
  • Reports to: Deputy Head of Outdoor Learning
  • Starting Salary: £28,275 – £31,200

As the Team Leader for Outdoor Learning in Eastleigh, you will be responsible for establishing Youth Options Outdoor Learning delivery and the team.

Your role will be to engage local school and education provides to plan, implement, and review nature-based learning programmes and activities to meet the needs of the children and young people.

You will oversee the delivery of all outdoor learning programmes with a responsibility for programme content, maintenance and preparation of materials, resources and activity areas, the organisation of team rotas, and programme quality.

As well as planning and organising delivery, you will be responsible for line managing the team of Outdoor Learning Leaders providing them with high-quality management and support.
