Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities and a warm and friendly personality.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and coordination of tasks.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed including managing client records.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
