WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support our Product & Tech Recruitment Partners throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
- Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns for Product Operations
- Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews
- Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter) would be a plus
- High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
- Proficiency in English with structured communication skills
- Student status and availability for a period of 6 months, 20 hours a week (with possibility of renewing the contract)
