The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a TA team going through an impressive transformation, embedding new technology and processes to build a best-in-class TA function. This role will suit someone organised, with great attention to detail & strong communication skills, with an interest in developing their career in Talent Acquisition.

The Responsibilities

  • Arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers/partners and coordinating feedback.
  • Supporting TA Leads to build talent maps of relevant market areas across all market areas
  • Updating relevant data and information across ATS and internal trackers.
  • Building the understanding of TA through the use of data and analytics.
  • Assist in the running of TA events including virtual careers fairs and in our offices nationally
  • Working closely with HR Operations on job offers for new employees, ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
  • Opportunity to get involved in pre-screening candidates and coordinating initial assessments as required.
  • Professionally responding to inquiries from candidates and suppliers
  • Support on a range of new TA projects to embed a culture of excellence in TA across the firm

The Team

This role will be working alongside a team of experienced TA Leads who cover 10 Saffery offices across the UK and Ireland, in a collegiate environment with a culture of supporting the development of everyone within it.

You

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and with the ability to prioritise
  • Interested in building a career in TA, with ideally some experience in the field
  • Able to demonstrate the Saffery values; Collegiate, Enthusiastic, Excellence and Integrity

  • A 35 hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week (our core hours are 10-4)

  • Eligibility for the firm’s Profit-Sharing Plan. Paid in December.
  • Eligibility for paid overtime or time off in lieu.
