Are you someone who thrives on turning messy data into meaningful insights and spotting inefficiencies in a process? Do you get a buzz from streamlining manual tasks and building dashboards that actually make a difference? Do you have the skills to influence a warehouse management team on the benefits of evolving processes and embracing change? If so, this could be the blank canvas you’ve been waiting for.

GXO are on the lookout for a Systems & Reporting Optimisation Manager to join our team at the M&S site in Peterborough. This is a fairly new role to GXO, so there’s real scope to make your mark. You’ll be reviewing on-site reporting, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, and creating dashboards that highlight performance improvements at a glance. It’s early days, there’s lots of attention on this, and plenty of opportunity to shape how we do things.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, the hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00, to suit your current commitments.

Pay, benefits and more:

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 per annum depending upon experience, you’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, private medical and dental insurance, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme. You’ll have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more. You’ll also have access to our GXO University which provides you with the opportunity to learn new skills and gain qualifications at a pace that you’re comfortable with. There’s also our continued focus on internal promotions, over 60% last year!
