We are looking for Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with young people, encouraging independence and preparing them for adult life. You will collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to ensure each young person receives the right wraparound support, is treated fairly, and respected as an individual.
We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, resilience, and dedication—someone who can be a positive role model for both young people and colleagues.
Experience & Qualifications
- Level 3/4 Health & Social Care qualification (preferred).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Minimum age of 19 years (essential).
- DBS registered on the Update Service (preferred).
- Willingness and ability to undertake sleep-in shifts (essential).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 37.5 per week
