Zero Three Care Homes LLP was launched at the end of 2003 with the first service opening it’s doors in November 2004.
We are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs. In developing Zero Three Care services it has been important to bring together people who share a vision of what high quality services for people with a learning disability should look like and to employ compassionate, caring, trustworthy individuals, who see their role as much more than a job.
Full-time is contracted at 37.5 hours per week, with part-time options also available.
Candidates don’t need any previous experience as we provide all the training as well as extra qualifications and career progression.
What does the role involve?
- Make a difference to those living within our homes by supporting them with their day to day lives.
- Support with accessing the community, cinema trips, theme parks, concerts and more!
- Training – we do a mixture of online and face-to-face training, ensuring that everyone receives the most up to date training courses.
- Career progression - all of our Home Managers, Deputy Managers and Seniors joined us as Support Workers. We support you throughout your career progression.
