Regent Care Recruitment is seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and support vulnerable adults in Bury and surrounding areas.
We provide staff to a variety of services, and we’re currently looking for individuals with a strong background in care to support learning disabled and autistic adults with complex needs in both residential and supported living settings.
Your Role:
As an agency Support Worker through Regent Care Recruitment, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with Autism and complex healthcare needs
- Work in a variety of care settings depending on service requirements
- Provide personal care while upholding dignity and respect at all times
- Manage behaviours that can be challenging in a calm and professional manner
- Keep accurate records and complete incident reports as needed
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and service providers
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in care (essential)
- Flexibility and reliability to cover different shifts and locations
- Compassionate, professional, and dedicated attitude
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
