Job description - no Certificate of Sponsorship available

At Optimal Living we believe that the people we support should be at the centre of our services. We recruit individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of others, in a positive way. We require staff to work over two residential services in Sittingbourne and Sheerness, supporting people with learning disabilities and associated conditions. One home will be supporting 9 people (hence the need to recruit) and the other home supports 4 people.

The core values that underpin our organisation include Support, Independence and Choice. Such attributes are demonstrated by showing a commitment to quality of care, improving the lives of others, giving respect, dignity and compassion. We can bring those values to life in our everyday tasks by giving a smile; making time for people; being open and honest, and placing people at the centre of their care.

Our staff teams are vital in helping us to achieve this. Would you like to join us in helping to make a real difference in someone’s life?

No experience is necessary! If you have compassion, empathy and willing to take on a challenge, this could be the job for you. Read on to see what we can offer you!
