We are seeking a dedicated and barista/deli experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the kitchen or restaurant, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring that culinary standards are met consistently.
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Experience in bartending or food production is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
