We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, serving skills, and hospitality best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for food production.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and staff performance evaluations.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in food production processes within a kitchen environment.
- Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: £12.30-£12.50 per hour
