Responsibilities

- Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team to drive improvement.
- Ensure the store is adequately stocked and that all products meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff alike.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.
