As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team to drive improvement.
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked and that all products meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff alike.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.

Pay: £13.30 per hour
