Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development (e.g. Android or iOS).
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience in technical leadership demonstrating coordination and influence across engineers and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience developing in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with Android, iOS, Web, or Server development.
- Experience working in a changing organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, design, guide, and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area.
- Influence direction and roadmap of product requirements and prioritization within the domain and across subteams, balancing new development with technical debt.
- Lead a team in delivering high quality and usable products for customers across domains (e.g., Android, iOS, logging/analytics).
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple sub-teams and potentially external groups, addressing impactful, long-term, high-visibility problems.
