About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fitness Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis to conduct DEXA scans for clients seeking detailed insights into their body composition and bone mineral density.
This role is ideal for someone currently studying towards a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Sports Science degree, or similar fitness/health-related qualification and looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in a clinical wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform DEXA scans for body composition and bone mineral density assessments.
- Ensure accurate setup and calibration of equipment before each scan.
- Explain the procedure to clients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout.
- Record, review, and manage scan data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support clients in understanding their results with basic interpretation (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in the scan room and reception area.
About You
Essential:
- Actively studying or recently completed Level 3 Personal Training, Sports Science, or a related health/fitness qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with basic technology.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people understand their bodies.

- Interest in sports performance, clinical fitness, or health optimisation.

Marylebone High Street Branch W1
- Monday 5:30pm-8pm, Tuesday 5:30pm-8pm, Wednesday 5:30pm-8pm & Friday 5:30pm-8pm
Richmond Branch
- Saturday 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
- Sunday 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £17.00-£20.70 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
