Purpose of the Role:

Join our clean energy manufacturing team and play a hands-on role in building fuel and electrolysis cell stacks and system components to exacting standards. You’ll help meet production targets through careful assembly, inspection, and documentation, while solving practical build issues. By collaborating on continuous improvements, maintaining clear records, and upholding safety and cleanliness, you'll contribute to the key performance and reliability of next-generation energy solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure Work Orders are assembled, built and tested to agreed specification.

- Support Prototype development through precise component fabrication and assembly.

- Support other Manufacturing areas as required.

- Work with Manufacturing Engineering on continuous improvement activities.

- Maintain build and inspection documentation records.

- Contribute to the development of Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

- Follow and comply with Health and Safety requirements.

- Ensure the work area is clean and tidy following all activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

- Flexibility in relation to overtime and shift change requirements to suit business need

- Hands on experience - mechanical assembly/fitting

- Production-build background

- Up to date experience of working with workshop equipment eg pillar drill, lathe, mill, grinding wheel

- Up to date TIG welding experience - stainless steel desired

- Positive, can-do attitude.

- Proven problem-solving experience.
