Job Title: Project Management Professional

Salary: £41,361
What you’ll be doing:
Provide support in project reporting and scheduling activities.
Develop an understanding of business processes and procedures.
Perform administrative and general office tasks, including working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office tools, and Microsoft Project.
Ensure alignment with i35 and Support & Services operational practices.
Support onboarding processes for third-party vendors and contractors.
Manage DAIREO-related tasks and activities.
Support Opportunity Management by contributing to relevant inputs and outputs.
Assist the Change Management Board by supporting related processes and documentation.
Utilise the Predict tool for Risk Management, including report preparation and identifying key concerns for review.
Maintain and update the Decision Log, ensuring relevant entries are captured accurately.
Support Action Management by coordinating with action owners to track progress and ensure updates are current for review meetings.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets/ Microsoft packages/Microsoft project plans/Outlook and ability to prioritise workload
Good organisation skills and attention to detail and a passion for project management
Experience in Risk, Assurance or governance Environment
Desirable
Experience either understanding or working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems

The Spartan Transformation Office team:
You will be joining an experienced Project team delivering critical project management activities within a key enterprise-wide technology and process transformation project. You will work with multiple stakeholders and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business. You will support the development and delivery of the Project Management Office within the team with involvement in wider project processes and deliverables.
