We currently have a vacancy for a Soft Facilities Training Supervisor to be responsible for the training of new staff and update training for existing domestic staff at Withybush General Hospital and the surrounding community premises in Pembrokeshire. There will also be a requirement to have knowledge of the full range of supervisory responsibilities, such as monitoring sickness, allocating annual leave, and disciplinary issues. The successful candidate will need excellent record keeping skills, know how to navigate databases and spreadsheets and have good organisational skills. Full training for the role will be provided.

The post is demanding and the ideal candidate will have relevant experience of large scale cleaning operations. A relevant qualification such as the City and Guilds 7643 in Cleaning Science would be an advantage . The successful candidates will be required to work between the hours of 7am and 10pm and the ability to work flexibly as required will be essential.
The post holder will need to be flexible to work wherever the demand is within the Hotel Facilities Department.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
