Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven TikTok and Meta Content Executive to join our dynamic team of 3. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, working closely with the Marketing Manager to produce high-quality, innovative content that resonates with our audience. With a strong understanding of how to engage with audiences across various platforms, you will take control of the social media pages; creating original and thought-provoking content. With an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram, this role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and interest in learning about the pharmaceutical industry.

Main roles and responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach and engagement. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll get to work on enhancing brand image and awareness through producing high-quality content.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and produce engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Taking ownership of the social media pages.
- Utilising photography and videography skills to create high-quality visual content.
- Using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic creation, editing and enhancements.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to optimise future content and report findings to the Marketing Manager.
- Partake in the re-branding and designing process of new business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Familiarity with best practices for online content optimisation.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, engaging content.
- A keen eye for detail with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience in social media management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Healthcare or online pharmacy industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
