Job Overview
We are seeking 2 skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting and possess strong communication skills. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in various settings. A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may require travel to different job sites.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations while on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction painting is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling to various job sites.
