We are seeking a dedicated and skilled labourer to join my clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drilling and grouting this is essentuial you must also possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, contributing to various projects and tasks as required.
Duties
- Assist with grouting and drilling maintenance and construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment as required.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled labouring role is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Blue skilled CSCS Card or NVQ Qualification
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
